2572518 - After an item is revised, two occurances of it are in the users' Assigned Items

After an item has been revised, two occurances of the item are now present in the users' Assigned Items list (at Learning Administration > People > Users > access the user's record > Assgined Items tab)

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items >
2. Search for the item that needs to be revised > open the record in the edit mode >
3. In "Actions" button, click on Revise and proceed with it.

During the revision steps, if you check the option "Do you wish to update User learning plan assignments potentially affected by this new item revision?", this will cause the item to be duplicated on the users Assigned Items

If the new item should not be assigned to the users, when you reach Step 4 of the Revisioning process, uncheck the option "Do you wish to update User learning plan assignments potentially affected by this new item revision?"

To select this value will update all users’ Learning Plans who have the item assigned to them. The Learning Plan is updated to reflect the new revision. In the online environment, the online content of the old version remains on the Learning Plan, but the content is inaccessible.

In Offline Player, the item is removed from the users’ offline tasks.
