Symptom

While saving the planning buffer in transaction RSPLAN following error occurs:

Information on where terminated  (from the dump in ST22)
   
The termination occurred in ABAP program or include "SAPLRSPLSTD", in "RSPLSTD_DATA_SAVE". The main program was "SAPLRSPLWPLAN".
In the source code, the termination point is in line 24 of  program or include "LRSPLSTDU03".
