2572816 - Error RE164 "Open amount from document nnnnn exceeded by nn%" in MIGO for Material Reservation with Earmarked Funds

Symptom

You use Material Reservations integrated in Funds Management.
For those Material Reservations, respective Earmarked Funds exist.
While posting a goods movement with reference to Reservation (e.g. MIGO with movement type 501), error RE164 occurs.

EA-PS active in SFW5 and PSM-FM active
Business function PSM_FM_CI_1 active: Material Reservations being integrated with Funds Management
