2573018 - Bidder users do not see any change in the Live Auction process, until a bid is placed by them

Symptom

An SRM Live Auction has started. The first bidder submitted a bid for an item. The other bidder users do not see any change in the auction. It seems to them like the other bidder users did not place any bid yet.
