2573079 - SAP plugin throws an error "All the servers with CMS CMS_Name:Port number, cluster @Cluster_Name, kind cms which host service null, are down or disabled"

Symptom

  • Upon updating roles and aliases, receiving error "All the servers with CMS CMS_Name:Port number, cluster @Cluster_Name, kind cms which host service null, are down or disabled".
  • SAP users won't be able to login to CMC/BI Launchpad.
  • Collected the CMS traces and found below error in the logs:
