Symptom

When running BR*Tools it fails with error:

BR0249I BR_TRACE: level 2, function BrPipeClose exit with 0
BR0251E Function LookupAccountSid() failed at location BrEnvProcess-141
BR0253E errno 1332: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
BR0249I BR_TRACE: level 1, function BrEnvProcess exit with -1
