Symptom

HTML Tags are visible on E-Password Panel during the Process

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Candidate clicks on link to New Applicant Wizard in the Welcome Letter
  2. E-Password Panel opens
  3. Candidate create password that doesn't meet requirements
  4. Error message pops up with HTML Tags

Cause

Expected behavior - HTML Tags are not allowed on E-Password Panel for security reasons

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Super Admin
  2. Import/Export Settings
  3. Export the Localization file
  4. Remove the HTML Tags from the password requirement message
  5. Save and import the file
