An Instructor-Led Item is assigned to the User, however the User does not see the button "Start Course" in the User's Learning Plan for that Item

Reproducing the Issue
-
User accesses My Learning;
- In the Learning Plan finds the related Item;
- Button "Start Course" is not present.
Cause
Only the item was assigned to the User but the User is still not registered in any Class associated with the Item.
Resolution
The User will only see the button "Start Course" after being registered in a Class associated with the Instructor-Led Item. Until then, the User will be presented with the button "Register Now" when there are Classes available.
