2573849 - ESI - Logon error in SM21

• In transaction SM21 the following error is visible:
  Errors in Technical Configuration - Name or Password * incorrect
  
  
• In transaction SM21 it is also possible to see errors below:
  Error in technical configuration: DEST: WS_SRV_SAP_WSRT<Client Number>
  And following by this error, usually error "Error in technical configuration: retrieval of logon data stored in" is also observed. 
  
  
• Execution of report SRT_ADMIN_CHECK for all clients also results in an error at the Service destination check:
  Use Error: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts
