An HU-WT is created to putaway an HU. Due to Layout Oriented Storage Control (LOSC), additional HU-WT is created with open status to move the HU to intermediate location, and the original HU-WT will be in waiting status. When the open HU-WT is confirmed with exception code CHBD to a final bin instead of the intermediate location, system will not cancel the original HU-WT.
