2573959 - Variable Pay : Bonus Pay out report returning empty file

Bonus pay out report is empty even when user has access over executive review.

Successfactors Variable Pay

Step 1: Proxy as user in question.

Step 2: Navigate to Executive review.

Step 3: Generate bonus payout report and Confirm that report does not have any data.

Probable reason could be that value set for 'Variable Pay Executive Review Threshold for Online Export' in Provisioning > Company Settings is less.

Contact SAP Support Via case requesting to check this setting.

Steps for Support

1. Login to Provisioning > Company Settings > Search 'Variable Pay Executive Review Threshold for Online Export'.

2. Set the value to 1000 if its 500.

3. if its already set to 1000 but still report is empty then please investigate further.
