Symptom
- On a computer where the SAP GUI 7.5 is installed, when attempting to login to an SAP System from Crystal Reports, it fails with the error:
"Failed to retrieve SSO2 logon ticket, please contact BW Administrator.
COM exception caught in CExtToolBar::InitOpenSaveDialog(). HR=0x 90000001
COM exception caught in CExtToolBar::InitializeGlobalData(). HR=0x90000001"
Or with an error like:
"COM exception caught in CExToolBar::GenerateNewTemplate(). HR = 0x8002000e
COM exception caught in CExToolBar::InitOpenSaveDialog(). HR = 0x8002000e
COM exception caught in CExToolBar::InitializeGlobalData(). HR = 0x8002000e"
