2574393 - MSS - Inconsistences using Homepage application

Symptom

There are several possible symptons using MSS Homepage application:

- Running MSS Team view or Team Detail view, all subordinates are displayed with the same picture.
- Another possible sympton is that any employee picture is displayed.
- Trying to navigate to any application from employee Actions icon, where employee id is sent as parameter, error "The application cannot be started because the person ID is missing" is displayed.
