Symptom

When you try to search item by pressing F4 search help in the transactions MM01, MM02 or MM03 and so on, it throws a dump like "CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND" and short text as "Function module "MAT1_F4_HELP_EXIT" not found."
