2574502 - Get data filled by 3rd party system into EC Add New Hire Wizard

We have a local requirement here in Sweden for customers during new hire process when admins enter social security number in the field a query triggers via an integration to fetch the personal information from the external system.

This has been local best practice using many legacy system currently here in Sweden.

With this customers are expecting a similar functionality in SuccessFactors Employee Central using Add New Employee wizard.

As a EC consultant I understood this tool is static cannot get any custom buttons in this tool to trigger a query to external system.

So, would like to discuss further on this requirement with SAP SF EC Product management/expert to give us insight about the possibilities or any proof of record for such requirement previously from any other customers.

Data can flow only from Recruiting Management or Onboarding Module of SuccessFactros into Employee Central modules "Add New Hire" wizard.
