2574605 - Error message GA170 'Enter values' for fields segment of Assessment in transaction KSU8

Symptom

Trying to edit a segment of an assessment in transaction KSU8, for example delete a Cost Center and entering an Order, then when pressing save receive the error message GA170 "Enter values for fields".
