2574620 - Error exporting Canvas reports from Report Center: getAccessibleStructuralPermission (500) Internal Server error

Exporting a Canvas report from Report Center returns a 500 internal server error.

This issue is due to a bug in BizX where it is telling WFA that BizX controls the Cube permissions although the UI flag is "off".

- Go to Admin Center -> Manage Workforce Analytics
- Turn the Functional Permissions "off"
- Log out
- Log back in
- Turn the Functional Permissions back "on"
- Go to Home
- Verify that the issue is resolved
