How to delete or remove task observation request from user side.

SuccessFactors Learning , Learning Managment System.

Once the user request for an observation , The observation request will be available in the users learrning Plan. follow the below steps to remove / delete the observation request from observer.

--> Login as LMS user.

--> Go to learning plan.

--> find the observation request and click on observer name , you will get delete option as shown below . click on delete option.

Note : Admin can do record learning for an other item , this will move the item to users learning history and remove observation request from observer end.
