2574822 - Cannot import Job History with change reason external

We found that we can edit the field External Event Reason (in section Job Information), but cannot batch upload via Import Employee Data. Please support to resolve the issue.

I tried to upload template with external event reason, but failed. The template downloaded from system shows that there is no column about external event reason.

The hris-field "change-reason-external" or External Event Reason is not used in the latest Employee Central V2 module.

That field was used back in 2012 year when Employee Central V1 was used.

Please do not use this field. This field is not present in the Data Object & Table Reference Handbook.

Hence, it is expected behavior and "change-reason-external" field is a deprecated field.
