Symptom

Unable to select value for a picklist field.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Onboarding
  2. During the process
  3. On the panel
  4. Try to select a value e.g country
  5. Drop down displays blank
  6. for Picklist fields

Cause

There isn't an external code in the picklist, but the integration type of the key in Onboarding is code based.

Resolution

  1. In Onboarding
  2. Settings
  3. Data Dictionary
  4. Find your Key
  5. Change the data type of the key, or the integration type to suite
  6. Or add an external code to the picklist
