2575009 - How to Make a Standard Search Query Visible in the UI

Symptom

A standard search query ABC (ABC represents the query) is not visible in the UI.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open any work center.
  2. Open any work center view.
  3. Select the Search bar dropdown list.
  4. The standard search query ABC is not visible.

Cause

The search query has been hidden via adaptation mode.

Resolution

  1. Open the relevant work center.
  2. Open the corresponding view.
  3. Select Adapt---->Edit Master Layout.
  4. Select the Advanced filter option.
  5. Select the Organize Queries button.
  6. Tick the Visible checkbox beside the search query ABC which you want to make available.
  7. Select the Apply button.
  8. Again select Adapt--->End Layout Changes.

The search query should now be visible in the UI.
