Report Distributor - issue with Daylight Savings and Different Time Zones

One hour difference delivery for the report scheduled in DC12 for customer based in Asia Pacific region.

The issue is with time zones which do not switch to Daylight Savings at all (such as Singapore) or the time zones that switch on a different days (such as Australia). When the time change the report run one hour difference later from Winter to Summer or vice versa.

When scheduling a report, the local time of the client machine will be transformed to Greenwich time. GMT, server time in DC12. Because of Daylight Savings, the report scheduled in DC12 will run with an Hour difference from the customer timezone ( for example - Singapore).

Workaround: To solve the issue, a workaround will be to schedule the report to run twice a day with an hour different such as Time+1. In this case, when the time change in DC12 (Europe Daylight Savings), there will always be a report running at the expected time from the customer timezone.
