  • Database dump or load fails 
  • With Backup Server log reporting error including "Wait for i/o completion failed"

    D00: SYBMULTBUF ERROR: Wait for i/o completion failed: State=107,
    Msg=The i/o read call failed for device /path/device_name.dat at offset <XXXXXXXXXXX> for size <XXXXX> bytes.
    Operating system error message: Input/output error.

    <Error Msg Date>: Backup Server: <X.X.X.X>: [107] Error for database/archive device while working on stripe device /path/device_name.dat. The i/o read call failed for device /path/device_name.datat offset <XXXXXXXXXXX> for size <XXXXX>bytes. Operating system error message: Input/output error
