2575174 - Message Option not Visible

Symptom

When trying to do a termination action for an employee from the manage my team tile on the home screen, the buttons on the popup messages are not visible. They are in white and cannot be read. Behavior is present in both Google Chrome and Firefox.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access directly or proxy a user
  2. Manage my team
  3. Take action Select end of employment for any employee.
  4. Proceeed to termination

  5. If you press the cancel button you can’t see the options:

  6. You cannot see correct or proceed, either:

Cause

The compatible background theme that works with PP3 may have been change.

Resolution

You may check the Theme in Theme Manager, and refer to the Implementation Guide for more details about each feature/setting.
