Purchaser creates an RFx with two suppliers, for which two responses were submitted. The purchaser converts the RFx into auction while inviting suppliers A and B to the auction. Supplier A opens Live Auction and submits a bid. Supplier B does not open Live Auction and does not submit any bid. When the Live Auction is finished, the response from supplier B will not be forwarded from the RFx to the auction.
