2575289 - iContent Server Permissions "failed to create folder" Error

An error "failed to create folder(s) XYZ. Error encountered while creating folder" or "failed to create folder(s) XYZ. Forbidden" is displayed when trying to create a folder in the iContent SFTP.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to your SFTP account
2. Choose "New Folder"
3. Enter a folder name and click Create
4. Error will be displayed

The issue is due to improper permissions on the SFTP account.

Customer needs to create a case under component LOD-SF-PLT-FTPS and provide the following details:

1. SFTP Account Name
2. SFTP URL
3. When did the issue start and did it not happen before?
4. What is the error being received?
5. Screenshot of error attached to case

SAP Operations team will be engaged by the bizx team to check on the SFTP account permissions.
