2575300 - Job Info Workflow not triggered during Parent Position Change in Org Chart

• We have configured Position Types and enabled the setting to execute Job Information Workflows during Position to Job Sync
• For other Position Changes, Workflows are triggered as expected in Job Info.
• If we change only the Parent Position (Higher-Level Position), no Workflow is triggered in Job Info. The changes are synchronized automatically.

• Position Types is enabled 

• Execution of Job Info Workflows during Position Sync is enabled

• Change Parent Position via Position Org Chart > Edit

• Supervisor changes are reflected automatically in Job Info. No Workflow is triggered.

• Job Information Workflows are not triggered when Higher-Level Position is updated via Position Org Chart.
• There is a different backend job that takes care of the synchronization of Position Hierarchy to Job Info
• Position to Job Info Synchronization takes care of synchronizing the Position values to Job Info based on the fields defined in the Pos2Job sync rule. 
• Note: Supervisor field cannot be added in the rule as the adaptation is performed by the system.

If an approval process is necessary, then the Workflow should be configured on the Position level. Once the Position Workflow is approved, then that is the time that the Supervisor field in Job Info is updated.
