2575308 - Admin cannot see custom members of other users - Query Workspace

Symptom

An admin user cannot see the custom members of other users in Query Workspace

Environment

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Query Workspace
  2. Edit > Edit Custom Measures/Dimension
  3. Under Metrics tab or Manage Custom Members > Status, the admin can see only his custom members

Cause

'Custom Metric and Dimension Admin' permission is not enabled within the user's role.

Resolution

Enable 'Custom Metric and Dimension Admin' permission for the admin user.

Role Maintenance:
1. Edit one of the Analytics role
2. Edit Permissions
3. Add Custom Metric and Dimension Admin

Role Based Permission
1. Edit user's RBP role
2. Under Analytics Permission > Functional Permissions > Select Custom Metric and Dimension Admin
