2575488 - How to modify the dropdown Training Type in Government Reporting

Customer have in an item a tab called Government reporting. In this part, a dropdown called "Training Type".   We don't find the dropdown to modify the values Inside.

Could you please tell me where i can find this dropdown to modify the values Inside ?
