2575561 - Error in Signature step when DocuSign enabled - Onboarding

We received error when signing the forms.  "Error occured while processing DocuSign request. Please, refresh the page and try again. Refresh page."

Docusign yielding an error for newhires in locales others than United States English

SF Onboarding

1.  Process an activity which is in the Signature Step, or through the DocuSign Notification for Signature to be executed
2.  You will get an error message: "Error occured while processing DocuSign request. Please, refresh the page and try again. Refresh page."

 Missing configuration in DocuSign settings

1. Login to your DocuSign account  settings.
2. Enable custom email and language for each recipient" under "Sending Settings" tab

If this setting is correct then create an case with the support team for further analysis.
