2575647 - Picklist Fields not sorted on the panel

Symptom

I currently have a problem of when I update picklists to be displayed alphabetically in picklist centre; in Onboarding the update does not reflect. Even when after a week the picklist in onboarding will still appear unsorted but sorted in picklist centre.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Onboarding
  2. Setting
  3. Panels
  4. Preview a panel with picklist fields
  5. The values appearing unsorted

Cause

Expected behavior

Resolution

  1. When uploading the Picklist in Picklist Center, ensure that the picklist in sorted.
  2. Onboarding will display the Picklist as it is displayed in Picklist Center as shown below
  3. In settings
  4. Picklist Center
  5. You will need to delete current picklist and add it again in the correct order.
