Symptom

To perform any system modification, the Learning support team can request the customer approval as a confirmation of the request.

Any approval which is received by Support will be documentated in the case.

Resolution

Customer approval should be in an email format (.msg file) and contains the below details:

  • Clearly mention the approver's position within the company.
  • Identify the action required by SAP.
  • Provide approver's email and phone number.
  • The email must contain the company's signature.

Note: Word files will not be accepted.
