2575656 - CREATE UNIQUE INDEX error while trying to repair corrupted table

Symptom

When trying to repair a corrupted table, you're getting the following similar error:

The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name '<sid>.SXMSPEMAS2' and the index name 'SXMSPEMAS2~0'. The duplicate key value is (200, 0x00b2c574951711e6b0a3000000510dce, SENDER).
DBCC results for '<sid>.SXMSPEMAS2'.
Msg 8945, Level 16, State 1, Line 7
Table error: Object ID <ID_number>, index ID 1 will be rebuilt.
Could not repair this error.
