2575829 - Application error assigning position during New Hire process

When you are hiring an employee and in the job info section you try to add the position an application error is thrown.

The application error has the fingerprint: f33014e43839db2153eb2e70197f21b81ff92094

• Employee Central;
• You have EC Position Management enabled;

1. Go to Add New Employee;
2. Type the personal data;
3. In the job information section try to add a position;
4. See that the application error is thrown;

There is a cyclic loop within the position hierarchy caused by the position assigned.

The assigned position can not be the same for the Higher-Level Position

1. Go to manage positions;
2. Search for the position you tried to use in add new hire and caused the error;
3. Check if "Higher Level Position" field is pointing itself;
4. If this is the case, then remove the higher level position or change it for another;
