How to check the candidate's preferred language during the application

Run an Ad Hoc report to see the candidate's preferred language by selecting the column 'Applicant Locale' and filter the candidates. This data is captured based on the locale of the career site during the time of application. No value in the report means that candidate is only forwarded in the requisition and has never applied to the requisition.
