2575992 - Error when generating dataProvider or System error in program CL_RSR_RRI2_WGR and form FILL_CUGEN-01-

Symptom

When you execute a query in the transaction RSRT it enters in debug mode and show the following error messages :

If the query is executed in Safe mode, it will also show the following error message :

System error in program CL_RSR_RRI2_WGR and form FILL_CUGEN-01-

Also, if you click on Technical Information it will also enter in debug mode.
