Reproducing the Issue


Go to:

  1. Admin Centre
  2. Compensation Home
  3. Click a plan
  4. Go to Plan Setup and click calculate bonus
  5. Select desired bonus plan and click calculate:

   6. Then click the bonus payout link to generate the report:

    7. Select any filters that you want the data to be pulled by and submit the request. Then go to scheduled reports and you can download the generated report:

If you do not select your required filter(s) then the report will be blank
