2576435 - Unable assign Locale Admin User Validation Error

• Admin adds a new Locale to the LMS Sytem under References. But cannot add it to the Preferences of a Admin user in Admin Management. They get the following error message:

• Admin adds a new Locale to the LMS Sytem under References. But cannot add it to the Preferences of user/admin via User Connector - SF. In connector result, message "Locale ID does not have all the required default date and number formats" is displayed.
