2576450 - BCP using character mode rounds money and smallmoney values - SAP ASE

Symptom

The MONEY and SMALLMONEY datatypes are defined with 4 places of precision past the decimal point, but rounds values to 2 places when converted to a string for display purposes.
BCP out in character mode also rounds values to 2 places after the decimal point when converting to a string representation.
