2576452 - Additional LDAP port added as a suffix when SSL or Apply is clicked - SAP PD

Symptom

If In Repository LDAP properties, the "LDAP://" protocol is removed from the Provider url.
When clicking Apply or Use Secure Socket Layer, new port value is added as a suffix to the existing url, instead of replacing the existing port value with the new one:
 - ":389" is added when Apply is clicked.
 - ":636:389" is added each time SSL is clicked.
The "Use Secure Socket Layer" check box is never displayed checked.
