2576547 - Error Occurs When Doing Adjustment Confirmation

When doing the adjustment confirmation for the inbound warehouse ID, system throws the error message :

The total negative quantity difference XX cannot be greater than YY, which is the sum of the fulfilled quantity for items from the same delivery and with the same stock separators.

(Here XX and YY is any Numeric Quantity)

SAP Business ByDesign

1.  Go to the Inbound Logistics work center.
2.  Select the Monitoring view and By Warehouse Order sub-view.
3.  In the Show field select the query Finished Warehouse Orders and search for the corresponding warehouse order ID.
4.  Select the Edit button and in the newly opened window select the Adjustment Confirmation button.
5.  Select the line item ID and choose Enable Entry button.
6.  Enter the quantities and choose Save button.
7.  Here system throws an error message.

System throws an error message when user tries to do the Adjustment Confirmation for the line item with ZERO fulfilled quantity.

You have to do the adjustment for the line item which has the fulfilled quantity. Also while doing the Adjustment Confirmation make sure that you have enough stock available in the logistics area.
