2576612 - CCMS_BI_SETUP failing with "errors while content activation occured"

Symptom

During task "Activate BW content for RCA" in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Configuration: Mandatory Configuration - Basic Configuration. The BW content for RCA activation is failing in step content activation due to error "name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)".

CCMS_BI_SETUP job fails with these messages below.

ERROR: errors while content activation occured
ERROR: The creation of the export DataSource failed
ERROR: Name or password is incorrect (repeat lo gon)
ERROR: Name or password is incorrect (repeat lo gon)
ERROR: Error when creating the export DataSource and dependent Objects
ERROR: Error when activating DataStore Object (classic) 0CCMAGGR
ERROR: The creation of the export DataSource failed
ERROR: Name or password is incorrect (repeat lo gon)
ERROR: Name or password is incorrect (repeat lo gon)
