2576642 - Unable to Delete Custom Codes "Follow-up Item Type Determination" for Sales Quotes

You want to delete custom codes "Follow-up Item Type Determination" for Sales Quotes, however the opntion for the same is greyed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Goto Business Configuration workcenter
2. Select Overview view
3. Search Sales Quote activity
4. Select Change Immediately button
5. Click on the Follow-up Item Type Determination

You have added custom codes here, however you don't require them anymore and the option to delete is greyed out.

This is expected system behavior, currently this feature is not supported.

This feature will be made available in one of the future releases.
