2576856 - Process instances are not found in Manage Processes application

While trying to search for process instances in NetWeaver Administrator in Manage Processes application, the processes are not listed and you get the following error message:

Error occurred while processing the request. Log entries are created with ID: ...

The following entry can be seen in the Default trace file:

Retrieval of Process instance details in 'Manage Process' has failed.com.sap.glx.process.exception.TechnicalProcessException:com.sap.glx.arch.pm.query.ArchQueryException: Contact support.
