2576929 - Generate statements - Different options

Symptom

In genrate statements page there is no option to choose

  1. Select by Employee name
  2. Select by list of usernames

Environment

SuccessFactors Compensation, SuccessFactors Variable pay, SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core

Cause

In Complete compensation cycle -> Reward Statements -> Manage Statement Templates

For Compensation or Variable pay plan if there is default statement template is assigned, then you will be able to see

  1. Select by Employee name
  2. Select by list of usernames

Resolution

  • Generate statements options when default statement template is selected.

  • Generate statements options when default compensation statement template is not selected.
