Application error while generating document
Environment
SuccessFactors Employee Central Document Generation
Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to admin center---->Search generate document---->Application error occured------>or system may display a warning message.
Cause
Rule added in the mapping template has more than 1 mdf objects added as parameters.
Navigate to configure business rule----->Search the rule added in the mapping template---->Check the parameters section---->More than 1 mdf objects are added in parameter section
Resolution
Currently document generation feature does not support rule with more than 1 MDF objects as parameters.Enhancement ticket is created ,release date is not finalized.Enhancement ticket # is ECT-88879.
