Symptom
- While performing a plan in Maintenance Planner, an error is encountered upon clicking the button “Push to Download Basket”
Below is the error message that Maintenance Planner will display:
An exception occurred; Refresh the application to continue. Please attach the log file and raise an SAP Support Ticket.
- KBA 2498354 "Maintenance Planner: An exception occurred: Refresh the application to continue" has already been checked and does not fit the scenario
- The following error is seen when you click “Download Logs”:
