2577093 - How Timezone and Daylight Saving work in Timer Start

Symptom

When you configure Timer Start triggered integrations in SAP Cloud Integration (former: CPI), apart from the Run Once case, Time Zone is necessary for all configurations. In the Scheduler > Schedule pm day/Schedule to Recur, the drop down value format is "(<UTC Offset>) <Time Zone Name> (<Zone ID>)". You are wondering if the Summer/Winter hours, or Daylight Saving Time (DST), will be taken into consideration.
