2577131 - Invalid hierarchy data found on My Team tile

Users are receiving an "Invalid hierarchy data found." error message when accessing My Team tile on homepage.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to the homepage;
2. Click on "My Team" tile;
3. An error is received: "Invalid hierarchy data found. Please try again later or notify support.".

The "My Team" tile respects the Org Chart Navigation permission. There are three possible reasons for this specific error:

1. RBP related
2. User Hierarchy
3. LNR job has not been updated

In order to fix this issue, follow these steps: 

1. Make sure the following RBP is set for the users having the issue. Organization Chart Navigation Permission > Target Population (You can add the groups or All employees according to your requirement). In addition, make sure the Permission Group has permission to view themselves in Organization Chart Navigation Permission (Edit Granting > Include access to Granted User (Self).)
2. Validate the User Hierarchy. This can be checked via Check Tool: navigate to Check Tool -> User Management -> Hierarchy. For further details, refer to KBA 2227861
3. If LNR job has not been updated, to trigger the LNR job manually, refer to KBA for further details 2227861
