2577196 - Identity Provider could not process the authentication request received when trying to login to SAP Analytics Cloud

• Try to log into your SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) system and you are redirected to your custom SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service and you get the error:
• Identity Provider could not process the authentication request received. Delete your browser cache and stored cookies, and restart your browser. If you still experience issues after doing this, please contact your administrator.

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service (IAS)

The certificate was renewed in SAP Analytics Cloud but it was not renewed in the SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service (IAS).

1. Extract the new certificate from SAP Analytics Cloud metadata.xml. In a text editor, open the file metadata.xml and copy the text between the tags: <X509Certificate> and </X509Certificate>.
2. Open a new editor, paste that content and save it as sac_certificate.crt or cer.
3. Open your SAP IAS administration: https://nameofyouraccount.accounts.ondeman.com/Admin
4. Navigate to Applications & Resources > Applications > Name_for_SAC > SAML 2.0 Configuration. In Signing Certificate, upload the new certificate file: sac_certificate.crt
5. You should see that new certificate validity
